This interactive workshop, delivered by Simon Shepherd of Client Marketing, will give you the skills and confidence you need when selling your products on a stall, at an event or to a buyer. We will cover the stages in which you need to run through when selling on a stall. From attracting customers to your stall, the conversation you have with them and closing a sale. You can then put what you've learnt into practice with role playing and scenarios.
This workshop will give you an introduction to the food safety certification scheme, SALSA. The SALSA approval scheme helps local and regional food and drink producers supply their products to regional and national buyers.
The Department of International Trade will deliver this workshop on exporting food and drink products. The workshop will cover: Preparing to Export, Market Research, Logistics, Customs and Licenses, Finding Buyers, Applying for Grants and Export Finance.
