This workshop will be an interactive day covering the fundamentals of butchery. The day will start with demonstrations from Andrew Sharp (Farmer Sharp), who will be teaching you core butchery skills, as well as the best ways to display meats, how to maximise sales and more. The afternoon will follow on with Marketing and Sales, where we will be splitting into separate focus groups. This gives each member of the team the opportunity to learn about different topics, involving an intensive afternoon speaking directly with our Marketing & Sales team. You will also have the opportunity to have a Marketing & Social Media Plan tailored to you and the specific needs of your business. You will also have the opportunity to follow up with one-to-one support in Marketing, Photography and Case Studies.
