Do you know your ideal client?

Do you understand what makes them tick, why they buy from you, what keeps them up at night and what fills them with joy?

Have you lost sight of who you should be aiming your marketing at?

Led by Claire Davies (Copywriter, Narrative Strategist) this half-day workshop will help you to get up close and personal with your ideal client profile, understand the marketing stories that will make them choose you over the competition, and the problems that they want you to solve.

Through a combination of workshop activities and discussion, this session will help you to -

  • Identify the various ideal clients who buy from your business
  • Understand the difference between the influencer and the decision maker, and when you need to get them on board.
  • Write a buyer profile for one of your ideal clients
  • Take an in-depth look at what motivates one of your ideal clients when they are going through the buying process
  • Leave with three clearly outlined marketing steps that you can implement after the workshop

Numbers are limited to ensure that sufficient time can be given to each attendee and their individual questions. This workshop is designed to be suitable for both the business owner and/or the team members responsible for their marketing.


The workshop 'Food Hygiene' will follow on from this workshop from 2pm-4pm at the same venue. You are welcome to attend the full day but please make sure you book onto both workshops.
